Guide / 01
Fit matters more than an assumed grip feature
The waist adjusts for 26–40in. Set it over the layer you will run in and check that you can breathe and move freely; the published details do not promise a slip-proof fit.
Guide / 02
Test it with your phone loaded
Place a phone that fits the 20 × 13cm chest pocket inside, close the zip and try walking before jogging. If the vest shifts or feels restrictive, readjust or choose a different carry option.
Guide / 03
Check listing details for specific construction
Anti-slip panels or grippy fabric are not confirmed here. Inspect the current Amazon UK product images and description if those features are essential to your decision.
