Guide / 01
Know what fits in the stated compartments
The chest pocket is 20 × 13cm, while each zipped shoulder pocket is 10 × 5cm. Measure your phone and essentials rather than assuming every item will fit.
Guide / 02
Keep the carry list focused
This layout is for a phone and a few small items, not confirmed hydration or jacket storage. If your route needs extra kit, plan a separate pack designed for that capacity.
Guide / 03
Check the fit with your layers
The waist adjusts from 26–40in. Try the vest with the clothing you will run in and test movement with the phone loaded before taking it on a longer route.
