There are a broad range of excellent running phone vests available on the market. We
designed our original Defi running vest are primarily a chest phone holder, with two shoulder pockets to safely store smaller items, such as keys, ear pods, air pods and energy gels.
Our running vest does not have a feature to hold water bottles. It also doesn’t have loops to fix LED lights. There is a small amount of reflective font at the back of the running vest. If you run early or late in darkness or
low light, it would be most suitable to purchase a fully reflective running vest version. It would also be most suitable to purchase a vest with loop to fix LED lights.

Why did we decide the design a chest running phone holder?
Our founders are both regular runners. They decided it was most comfortable and convenient for them to store the main items in a running vest product. The main front chest pocket pouch stores a mobile phone of most sizes. Two zipped shoulder pockets also safely store smaller items, such as
keys, car keys, energy gels, ear pods, air pods and other similar sized items.
Our founders designed the chest running phone holder with the goals of creating safe and robust storage for items and valuables whilst running. The chest running phone holder secured mobile phones in a zipped and waterproof chest pouch and is designed to avoid and minimise shaking and
bouncing whilst running.

Both shoulder pockets are secured with zips to maximise access convenience and to store items securely and safely. The shoulder pockets are 10cm in length and 5cm in width.
The chest pocket if secured with a YKK zip are the top. The chest pocket also has a folding top, which is secured with Velcro.

The vest is suitable to store items including a mobile phone in the check pocket. The shoulder pockets are suitable to store Air Pod cases, in-ear phone cases, energy gels, keys, key fobs and car keys.
For longer runs beyond 10km and particularly for marathon training, a hydration pack or vest might be more suitable for your needs.
A hydration pack will offer more storage for energy gels and snacks. It will also offer storage for water bottles and flasks or a hydration bladder tank to keep hydrated over longer distances.
