Guide / 01
Prepare your phone before running
Put a charged phone that fits the 20 × 13cm zipped chest pocket inside before setting off. Stop in a safe place before accessing it near traffic.
Guide / 02
Use appropriate visibility equipment
Choose reflective clothing or lights according to the route and light conditions. Do not assume a phone-carrying vest is visible to drivers unless the listing confirms reflective details.
Guide / 03
Keep the loaded fit comfortable
Adjust the waist over your running layer within 26–40in and test the vest on a short route. Store keys and other hard items separately in the smaller zipped shoulder pockets.
