Guide / 01
Test it with summer running clothes
The waist adjusts from 26–40in. Try the vest over your usual summer top and check the straps, chest pocket and movement before a longer run.
Guide / 02
Separate phone protection from vest storage
The 20 × 13cm zipped chest pocket is water-resistant, not waterproof. Consider separate protection if sweat, rain or a water stop could affect your phone.
Guide / 03
Plan water for your route
The product details do not confirm a bottle holder or reservoir. Carry hydration with equipment designed for it, especially on longer or hotter routes.
