Information this website handles
This is an informational product website. It does not create user accounts, take payment details, or complete purchases. Product purchases are completed on Amazon; Amazon and the seller shown on your order handle the purchase under their own terms and privacy notices.
- Technical request information: when the site is loaded, our hosting infrastructure may process an IP address, browser and device details, requested page, time of request, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Support enquiries: the contact form opens your email application with your name, email address, optional Amazon order number, topic, and message. The website does not receive or store those form entries. If you send the email, your email provider transmits it to our support inbox and we use it to respond and manage the enquiry.
- Search performance: we use Google Search Console to review how the site appears in Google Search, including impressions, clicks, search queries, and average position. This is search-result reporting, not on-site visitor analytics. We do not install Google Analytics or its tracking code on this website.
Cookies and browser storage

- Google Search Console: we use this service through the site owner’s Google account to review search performance reports. No Google Analytics or Search Console visitor-tracking script is installed on the page.
- Amazon and Instagram: links leave this website. If you follow one, that provider processes your visit under its own terms and privacy policy.
Why we use information
We use technical information to operate, maintain, and protect the website; support information to reply to your enquiry and meet relevant legal obligations; and Search Console reports to understand our visibility in Google Search. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.
Retention and security
Support emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, maintain related business records, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider under its operational and security practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
