Hydration vest with phone pocket

A hydration vest normally includes a way to carry water, such as a bladder or bottles. The Défi vest shown here is a phone and small-item carrier, with one chest pocket and two zipped shoulder pockets; it does not include a hydration system.

If your run requires water, choose a separate bottle or a product specifically supplied with hydration storage. Do not rely on this phone vest to carry water unless the Amazon listing clearly confirms a suitable accessory.

The chest pocket measures 20 × 13cm. Each shoulder pocket measures 10 × 5cm. Compare your phone with its case against the chest-pocket dimensions, and use the smaller pockets only for compact essentials.

• One zipped chest pocket for a phone
• Two zipped shoulder pockets for small items
• Adjustable waist belt: 26–40in

For a route where you already have a hydration plan, this vest can provide dedicated phone storage. For longer or remote runs, make a separate decision about how much water, food and safety equipment your route needs.

Try the vest with your usual running layers and contents before a longer outing. Comfort depends on how it fits your body and what you carry.

The Amazon UK listing is the source for current package contents, price, availability and delivery. Read it carefully if you are comparing this product with hydration vests.
