Running mobile phone holder

The chest pocket measures 20 × 13cm. Measure the phone with its case fitted and include any raised camera bump, ring or wallet attachment. A device may need extra clearance to slide into the pocket and close the zip.

If your phone is close to the stated dimensions, check the Amazon product images and listing details before ordering rather than assuming a tight fit will work.

Two zipped shoulder pockets, each 10 × 5cm, can separate a key, card or gel from the phone. Avoid overfilling them; compact pockets work best for small essentials rather than bulky objects.

• Chest pocket: 20 × 13cm
• Shoulder pockets: two at 10 × 5cm each
• Adjustable waist belt: 26–40in

The unisex, one-size design adjusts at the waist. Try it over the layer you plan to run in, make small adjustments and check that the phone remains comfortable as you bend, walk and jog.

The pocket is water-resistant rather than waterproof. Use a separate waterproof phone pouch when conditions call for stronger protection.
