Running phone harness

Rather than fastening around one arm, the Défi phone harness uses shoulder straps and a waist belt to hold the chest pocket in place. The front pocket measures 20 × 13cm and has a zip closure.

A chest-worn design may feel different from an armband or waist belt. Try the adjustment with your own running top and phone before relying on it for a long session.

The waist belt adjusts from 26–40 inches. Measure over your usual running layer, then fine-tune the fit so you can move and breathe comfortably. The listed one-size fit may not suit every body shape.

Check that the straps sit flat, the zip is closed and the phone does not press uncomfortably when you bend or reach.

The two 10 × 5cm zipped shoulder pockets can carry small items such as a key, card or gel. The larger chest compartment is for your phone; compare your phone and case with its 20 × 13cm dimensions.

The chest pocket is water-resistant, not a waterproof phone enclosure. Add separate protection when your route or forecast calls for it.
