Guide / 01
What the product does carry
The chest pocket measures 20 × 13cm and the two shoulder pockets measure 10 × 5cm each. They are intended for a phone and compact run essentials.
These pockets are not described as bottle holders. Do not place a water bottle in a pocket unless the Amazon listing confirms it fits safely and is intended for that use.
Guide / 02
Make a separate hydration plan
For longer or warm-weather runs, choose a suitable bottle, flask or hydration pack for your route. The right amount of water depends on distance, conditions and your individual needs.
Keep liquids away from electronics and add extra phone protection in rain. The chest pocket is water-resistant, not waterproof.
Guide / 03
Check fit and package contents
The vest is unisex and one size with a 26–40in waist adjustment. Check the fit over your running layers and compare your phone and case with the chest-pocket dimensions.
Review the Amazon UK listing for current package contents, price, availability and delivery before placing an order.
