10L running vest with phone pocket
A 10L running vest with phone pocket is intended for more than a mobile and a few small items. The Défi product has measured pockets but no confirmed 10-litre volume, so it should not be treated as a 10L pack.

10L running vest with phone pocket
Guide / 01
No 10L capacity is specified
The product information gives dimensions for three zipped pockets rather than a total pack volume: one 20 × 13cm chest pocket and two 10 × 5cm shoulder pockets.
If you need space for a jacket, food, water or safety equipment, compare a purpose-built 10L running pack and check its stated capacity.
Guide / 02
Understand the intended storage
The vest is for carrying a phone and compact essentials. The 26–40in adjustable waist helps you fit it over your running layers, but does not add storage volume.
Measure the phone with its case and avoid forcing the pocket zip. Test how the loaded vest feels before a longer run.
Guide / 03
Hydration and weather need separate planning
No bottle, bladder or hydration rating is confirmed. Carry water in a suitable separate system if your distance or conditions require it.
The chest pocket is water-resistant, not waterproof. Check the Amazon UK listing for current product details before ordering.
Good to know
Questions, answered.
Can this vest carry 10 litres?
No 10L capacity is stated. The available information lists three small zipped pockets with measured dimensions.
Is it suitable for long runs?
That depends on the kit and water your route needs. It is a phone and small-item carrier, not a confirmed high-capacity pack.
