Guide / 01
Store the phone before you set off
The main chest pocket measures 20 × 13cm and closes with a zip. Measure your phone with its case fitted to check that it can be inserted and removed without forcing it.
The vest is a carrier, not a hands-free call system or phone-control device. Set up navigation or audio before you start and stop safely if you need to use your phone.
Guide / 02
Use the smaller pockets for essentials
Two zipped shoulder pockets measure 10 × 5cm each and can hold compact items such as a key or gel. Keeping them separate helps avoid hard objects rubbing against the phone.
The waist belt adjusts from 26–40in. Try the vest over your running layers and check that the straps do not restrict your movement.
Guide / 03
Check protection and product details
The chest pocket is water-resistant, not waterproof. Add a separate protective pouch in heavy rain or when your route could expose the phone to water.
