Do not assume a litre capacity
5L running vest with phone pocket
The search phrase 5L running vest with phone pocket signals a specific storage volume. The Défi product details confirm pocket dimensions, not a 5-litre capacity, so compare the available storage with your route kit before buying.

5L running vest with phone pocket
Guide / 01
Confirmed pocket measurements
The chest pocket measures 20 × 13cm, and two shoulder pockets measure 10 × 5cm each. These are pocket dimensions, not an overall litre-volume rating.
If your route requires a measured 5L capacity, water storage or room for extra layers, choose a pack with a verified capacity that matches those needs.
Guide / 02
Plan what you intend to carry
The Défi vest is intended for a phone and compact essentials. Measure your phone and compare it with the chest pocket; use the shoulder pockets for small items only.
The waist belt adjusts from 26–40in. Test the load and fit on a short run rather than assuming the vest will carry a larger kit list.

Check the listing before checkout
No 5L capacity is stated in the product information used for this guide. Verify current listing details if capacity is important to your choice.
The vest is not described as a hydration system. Carry water separately when your route requires it.
