Guide / 01
Look beyond the waist measurement
The adjustable waist belt covers 26–40in and the chest pocket is 20 × 13cm. No torso-length adjustment or tall-specific sizing is confirmed in the available product information.
Guide / 02
Check pocket placement while wearing it
Put the vest on over your running layers and see whether the chest pocket sits comfortably and remains easy to reach. Check the strap position and arm movement when walking and jogging.
Guide / 03
Use the product photos and seller details
One-size does not mean every torso will fit the same way. Review the current Amazon UK images and ask the seller for extra measurements if you need a specific length.
